Common questions

I forgot my password

On the sign-in page, choose "Forgot password" and we'll email you a link to set a new one.

How do I invite my team?

In your room, open Settings, then Workspace, and invite people by email. They get a link that puts them straight into your workspace.

Someone wants to join a meeting but doesn't have an account

Send them your room's link. They type their name and knock, and you let them in. No account needed.

My microphone or camera isn't working

Both are off when you join a room, until you turn them on. If turning them on doesn't work, check that your browser or the app is allowed to use them in your computer's privacy settings, then reload.

How do I delete my account?

On the web, open Settings, then Delete account at the bottom of your personal settings. Your account is deleted 30 days later, and signing in before then cancels it. Messages and work you shared with your team stay with the team, shown as "Deleted user". If you can't sign in, email looproom@hiddenplanet.io from the address you signed up with. Our privacy policy has the details.
